Ludvig, tell us about your internship at Verendus?
"I did my first internship focusing on the Swedish market. During the summer, I had the opportunity to work extra with our expansion to the United Kingdom. Before my final internship period, I was asked to focus 100% on the British market. That meant not only learning the system in English but also being able to conduct demos and hold customer dialogues. It was tough at first, but it's a job that has really paid off in the end!"
What have you appreciated most about your internship?
"That I have been given a lot of responsibility right away and have had the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. My mentor Jonas and other colleagues have been good at driving me forward through a fine balance of sometimes holding my hand but also daring to push me. The boundaries of what I can do have been pushed forward all the time, and I'm glad that I've dared to do things outside my comfort zone. Finally, it's also very fun to be part of a growing company, where your efforts really make a difference!"
What are you looking forward to in the future?
"Now, I look forward to seeing "the big picture", when Verendus has truly established itself in the United Kingdom and we can reap the rewards of the hard work we're putting in now. We have several great customers who have started today, but there is enormous potential in the British leisure vehicle market and many dealers who would benefit from our solutions! That's why it's also really exciting to be part of the journey we're making there right now."
