Since 1993, Pullingers Leisure Vehicles has been a family-run business located in Halstead, Essex. Spanning 3,000 square feet, Pullingers' showroom offers visitors a pleasant viewing experience of both new and pre-owned motorhomes from brands such as Adria, Dethleffs, Sunlight, Pilote, and Le Voyageur. The establishment also features a dedicated Motorhome Service Center to fulfill any service requirements for European motorhomes. Over the years, the high quality of service from the Pullingers staff has earned them numerous awards for excellent customer service, including being voted Dethleffs' number one dealer in the UK for customer service for seven consecutive years.

THE CHALLENGE

Barrie Pullinger, son of founder Barry Pullinger, now oversees the daily operations with his wife Grace Pullinger, along with 15 passionate team members. As the business progressed, they realized the need for a streamlined dealer management system to effectively manage their operations, from sales to the workshop. Pullingers initially used a system but found it slow, not user-friendly, requiring excessive data input, and yielding minimal output. Getting vehicles onto the system was also difficult.

OUR SOLUTION

Many systems we tried in the past were either geared towards a sales environment or a workshop environment. The two didn't seem to communicate well together.," says Grace.

For the workshop, all administration is now consolidated in a user-friendly interface. Work orders, warranties, and invoicing flow seamlessly, simplifying the mechanics' daily operations. It's easy to check available spare parts, or order new ones directly.
